To achieve a maximum hardness of 64 HRC, please process at a quenching temperature of 1050°C. Quenching and tempering hardness: 63-64 HRC *Standard practice involves repeating high-temperature tempering twice. High toughness: Charpy impact value Quenchability: Hardness distribution of the cross-section of heat-treated material Suppression of coarse carbide precipitation: Microstructure High hardness: Quenching and tempering hardness QCM64-HARMOTEX can achieve a hardness of over 63 HRC by undergoing the same heat treatment conditions as SKD11. Furthermore, by setting the quenching temperature to 1050°C, a hardness of over 64 HRC can be obtained. Excellent fatigue strength: Rotational bending fatigue characteristics QCM64-HARMOTEX has significantly superior fatigue strength compared to SKD11.
