basic information
High-temperature tempering (520–530°C) achieves a hardness of 62–63 HRC. It has twice the toughness of SKD11, reducing the risk of cracking and chipping. The hardness after surface hardening treatment is maintained at a higher level than SKD11, improving mold performance.
