We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of "Vehicle Vision" at the Utsunomiya Yuinomori store of Netz Toyota Tochigi. The store was struggling with the time it took to visually confirm license plates when customers arrived, making it difficult to recognize new walk-in customers. After the implementation, it was evaluated that there was an improvement in response times and efficiency in "customer greeting operations" and "customer service within the floor."
