6-axis multi-joint robot system! This machine will solve even the high-difficulty welding challenges.
We would like to introduce our fiber laser welding system with a 3m traveling cart, the 'FLW4000'. This equipment achieves higher quality results through welding by a robot. Additionally, fiber laser welding reduces distortion, decreases finishing work hours, and lessens the workload, leading to increased efficiency. This machine also addresses high-difficulty welding tasks. 【Specifications (partial)】 ■ Type: 6-axis articulated robot ■ Positioning accuracy (robot): ±0.07mm ■ Oscillator: YLS4000-ST2 ■ Maximum processing plate thickness (mm) (as melting depth) ・ Steel/SUS: 4 ・ Aluminum: 3 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Inaguma Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has upheld the corporate philosophy of "high quality, low cost, and strict adherence to delivery dates" since its establishment, focusing on the accumulation of advanced technology and rationalization. As a result, we have received requests for precision sheet metal processing, press processing, and the design and production of press molds from various fields, including office equipment, medical devices, food-related tools, construction parts, automotive parts, and various communication devices. The characteristic of Inaguma Manufacturing is that we provide all five major elements of sheet metal processing (cutting, bending, welding, pressing, and mold design) in-house, allowing us to technically collaborate on the processed products our customers need and deliver them just in time. For example, we initially create products in small lots as a trial effort. After making adjustments to the completed products, we create molds and then switch to mass production via pressing, enabling flexible responses. At Inaguma Manufacturing, we are working to establish and further rationalize small-lot production of various types by adding laser punch combination machines that can operate 24 hours a day to our production facilities. We are continuously challenging ourselves to improve "the products and services that our customers truly desire."
