For example, we initially create products in small lots as a trial effort. After making adjustments to the completed products, we create molds and then switch to mass production via pressing, enabling flexible responses. At Inaguma Manufacturing, we are working to establish and further rationalize small-lot production of various types by adding laser punch combination machines that can operate 24 hours a day to our production facilities.
