"TENUPOL-5" is an automatic electrochemical thinning device for samples intended for transmission electron microscope inspection. After attaching the sample to the holder, it is scanned within a pre-set voltage range, and a current density curve is created. Based on this curve, the appropriate voltage necessary for thinning is determined.
