  "Equipment Ledger" Function - Register inspection target equipment and optionally link RFID tags and QR codes. - Utilize existing Excel data to easily register in the ledger using a CSV file for import. - Individual ledgers can include information such as management numbers, equipment names, installation locations, and specifications. - By linking RFID tags and QR codes, anyone can quickly and reliably check the ledger information of the target equipment.

  "Inspection Sheet Creation" Function - Import and set up the currently used Excel-based check sheet. - The form of the check sheet can be used as is, and the cells for inputting results can be configured according to the guide. - It features a simple setup focused on inspection tasks, allowing for easy registration and modification without specialized knowledge of the system. - Layout changes to the check sheet after registration are also possible.

  "Inspection Implementation" Function - You can use a tablet on-site to input registered checklists paperlessly. - By using RFID tags and QR codes linked to the equipment ledger, anyone can quickly and reliably call up the checklist for the target equipment. (If not used, you can select from the list in the equipment ledger.) - In addition to entering inspection results, you can register abnormal information (fault information) with photos, view drawings and procedures, and manage replacement parts. - Using the "Email Distribution" function, emails will be sent to the responsible person in case of inspection abnormalities. - You can link with Bluetooth-enabled measuring devices to input measurement data directly. (Customization may be required depending on the device, so please contact us for details.)

  "Inspection Implementation" Function (Photo Registration) - You can register photos as part of the inspection information using the camera installed on the tablet device. - You can use the paint function to manually input details such as the location of the malfunction or signs. - In the abnormal information section where photos can be registered, you can register the status as repaired or unrepaired, and it can be viewed in the "Inspection Results" function.

  "Drawing Management" and "Procedure and Standard Document Management" Functions - Register related documents such as drawings and procedure manuals for each piece of equipment. - Easily register PDF and video files for each piece of equipment registered in the "Equipment Ledger." - You can optionally add classifications during registration (e.g., electrical drawings, mechanical drawings, instruction manuals, etc.). - On-site, you can use a tablet device to view while performing tasks on the "Inspection Implementation" screen.

  "Parts Management" and "Parts Inventory" Functions - You can register spare parts used in each equipment and manage inventory. - Depending on the type of spare parts, you can choose the management method for quantity (consumables) and status (circulating items). - On-site, you can use a tablet device to change the quantity and status when replacing parts. - You can check the history of parts replacements. - Using the "Parts Inventory" function, you can conduct an inventory of parts. - Using the "Email Notification" function, you can notify the responsible person of inventory shortages.

  "Inspection Results/Report" Function - You can view and output inspection results (including abnormal reports). - The inspection results list screen allows you to check the status of inspections, the presence of abnormalities, and the repair status. - You can view the inspection results (with photos) recorded for each piece of equipment in "Inspection Implementation." - Inspection results can be output as a report (in Excel format). - Only the data of the inspection results can be output in CSV format. - The "Login Authority" function allows for the approval of inspection results.

  "Graph Creation" Function - Automatically generates graphs based on inspection results. - Graphs are created immediately after recording in "Inspection Implementation," eliminating the need for re-entry. - Trend management leads to preventive maintenance. - Graphs can be configured for specific periods and ranges, and image output is also possible.

  "Inspection Plan" Function - You can manage the inspection schedule for each piece of equipment. - Inspection cycles can be set, and inspection dates are automatically scheduled. - A preparation period can be set, allowing for prior notification to the responsible person using the "Email Distribution" function. - The status of inspections and the presence of any abnormalities can be viewed in a list, and inspection results can be checked immediately.
