Our company is a dryer manufacturer that has been in business for 53 years. Even in the current Reiwa era, the conventional wisdom is that dryers are laid horizontally, but the Okadora Cyclone Dryer achieves a remarkable improvement in drying capacity and a significant reduction in installation area by standing the dryer vertically. As a result, not only sludge but also waste liquids (with a moisture content of over 95%) can now be dried. Moreover, with the evaporation capacity increased by more than four times, it can instantly heat and cause boiling phenomena, allowing for the drying process to break down the cells of raw materials. This is Okadora's unique technology known as "Boil Drying." This makes it an all-purpose dryer capable of drying not only kitchen waste but also various food waste (eco-feed materials), fish residues (fish meal), and more. The processing capacity ranges from 15 kg/hr to over 1,000 tons per day. We have a track record of over 400 units installed throughout Japan. We offer devices such as the "No Waste Water, No Odor System" (Teinenpi High-Temperature Oxidation Reaction Deodorization Device) that neutralizes waste steam and releases it into the atmosphere, and the "Super High-Speed Carbonizer" that can achieve carbonization in 40 to 60 minutes. We propose equipment that can assist our customers in reducing and recycling their waste.
