The background of the order was that there were defects in electronic devices manufactured overseas, requiring rework on all units. However, they could not come to an agreement with the manufacturer, and with 5,000 units involved, they were in a difficult situation. We created a workflow and procedure manual, implementing a consistent operation from acceptance to shipping. Additionally, we can manage serial numbers and parts as needed.
