High-precision 3-axis linear micro-positioner
Signatone offers a range of micropositioners that cater to almost any probe measurement application, from simple ones to complex sub-micron high-resolution positioners. The linear 3-axis micropositioner S-926 is compatible with all Signatone probe arms and single needle probes, enabling various test configurations. Position fixation can be selected between a vacuum base or a magnet base. The probe arms feature pivot, spring, and dual pivot heads, and there are left-hand and right-hand position adjustment knobs available, allowing for various setup configurations.
