Jumbo Gel is a two-component silicone gel that cures at room temperature. Before curing, it is a liquid similar to insulating oil, capable of filling gaps, and after curing, it becomes a flexible silicone that can be disassembled by hand. It is translucent, allowing for easy visual inspection of the interior. It is suitable for users who require large volumes. It achieves high electrical insulation and waterproof performance with simple application. Once the gel is filled, it blocks moisture, preventing internal condensation. It can be widely utilized in various industries and fields. By mixing and injecting it into connection points of electrical equipment, it can easily enhance the performance of these connections. It can be filled into junction boxes and pull boxes to prevent water ingress and corrosion due to internal condensation in critical equipment. Since the main agent and curing agent are mixed and injected in the necessary amounts, it can be used up completely, making it economical. The mixing time is only 30 seconds, after which it can be injected into the target object. Being silicone-based, it has high heat resistance and long-term reliability. By using Jumbo Gel, electrical connection points can be protected from water, dust, foreign matter, and moisture ingress for extended periods, regardless of whether they are new or existing installations.
