The 15mm wide carbide chip flexibly fits the wear shape of the belt, significantly reducing scraping leftovers.
Our belt cleaner features a wear-resistant carbide tip mounted at the end of a 15mm wide urethane bar. - The height of the carbide tip can be adjusted with a bolt to match the wear pattern of the belt surface, allowing for efficient scraping. - The carbide tip can make contact with the belt with an accuracy of 0.1mm. - The scraped material can be directly collected into a hopper, eliminating the need for further processing.
