We develop, design, manufacture, and sell belt cleaners. 1) The MF belt cleaner is patented by Mafuren Co., Ltd. 2) The tip made of urethane is equipped with a tungsten carbide hard chip that has excellent wear resistance, ensuring a long lifespan. 3) The height adjustment bolt ensures that the hard chip makes firm contact with the belt, allowing for effective scraping. 4) It demonstrates excellent wear resistance and scraping performance. 5) The hard chip is 15mm wide, allowing it to flexibly engage with the small irregularities on the belt surface and effectively scrape off contaminants. 6) The urethane flexibly accommodates the swelling and peeling of the endless part at the belt joint, preventing damage to the belt. 7) The MF belt cleaner is compact and flexible, making it possible to install it under the head pulley. We have developed an abnormal monitoring device for belt conveyors. 1) The vibration on the surface of the belt is detected by a vibration sensor, and the vibration waveform is analyzed. 2) Troubles such as wandering, punctures, slipping, penetration of transported items, and overloading are categorized and patterned. 3) Although conveyors have different characteristics depending on speed, transported items, and length, we ensure accurate diagnosis by accumulating measurement data.
