"Toa Metal Urethane CW-ST" is a hybrid one-component low-temperature curing polyurethane paint that incorporates HALS (light stabilizers) to prevent degradation from ultraviolet rays and low-hygroscopic monomers to minimize the effects of moisture, which is a cause of coating deterioration. Its performance exhibits ultra-weather resistance at the industry's highest level, comparable to fluororesin paints. Furthermore, the adoption of low-temperature blocking isocyanate allows for curing at 140°C for 20 minutes. It is a one-component paint that can be applied in a Wet on Wet manner with our epoxy resin paint. Additionally, as a standard product, we also offer "Toa Metal Urethane CW" (170°C for 20 minutes curing type), which has a long history of sales performance.
