basic information
The GEA HYGiBulk series consists of three core models: C1, C2, and C3. Each solution is designed to meet very different needs. ★ Top Weighing By suspending the bag with a loop strap during filling, it can be filled without creasing the bag, maximizing the usable volume of the bag. GEA HYGiBulk achieves this using a completely new weighing frame that suspends the bag during filling. ★ Base Compression During filling, vibrations are applied to the bag to settle the powder, creating a solid base to stand the bag upright. This allows operators to create stable compressed bags that can be handled reliably and safely within the warehouse.
