Safety relay that meets the highest safety standards even in narrow spaces!
The Eaton Moeller series safety relay unit ESR5 reliably monitors safety equipment such as emergency stop buttons, safety doors, light curtains, and controllers, switching to a safe operating state in emergencies. Despite its narrow width, the safety relay meets the highest safety standards. Safety monitoring of emergency stop circuits The internal logic of the safety relay monitors the safety circuit and activates the enable current path if no faults are detected. If a safety device is activated or a fault occurs, the enable current path will turn off. Monitoring of movable guards Monitoring of protective guards and doors is also an important function. The safety relay can be used not only for monitoring resumption but also for implementing automatic start-up. This allows for a reduction in cycle time of the production process without compromising safety. ESR5 safety features This device is equipped with safety features such as emergency shutdown, monitoring of movable guards, monitoring of unprotected hazardous areas, safe operation through two-hand control, delayed and instantaneous contact extension, and shutdown with off delay.
