This is a biomass plastic sheet compounded with starch and based on PP. It can mainly be used for vacuum forming and can utilize existing molding equipment without the need for new capital investment. Achieving a biomass content of up to 60%, it contributes to decarbonization by replacing existing petroleum-based plastics. Sample materials for testing are available. There are grades that have obtained the biomass mark from JORA (Japan Organic Resources Association). There are also grades compliant with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's No. 370 test. Customization is possible according to your requirements.
