Uniform drying of a large amount of dried fruit! A case where productivity was increased.

We would like to introduce a case study of the "seed heater" that we handle. We received a request to create a large dryer that uses a seed heater to apply 60°C heat to fruits in order to make dried fruits. We discussed heat dissipation calculations, insulation methods, and how to circulate the air inside the dryer to ensure that every part of the dryer maintains the same temperature. As a result, we were able to uniformly dry a large quantity of dried fruits, thereby increasing productivity.
