The "NVC Series" is a continuous capping and sealing machine that automatically removes the rubber stopper from pre-sealed vials, performs nitrogen replacement, reapplies the rubber stopper, places the cap, and tightens it. The rubber stopper of freeze-dried formulations is removed once, followed by nitrogen replacement and re-sealing. The approximate capacity is 30 to 100 bottles per batch.
