Contributing to the improvement of productivity in control panel manufacturing. Capable of handling up to 36 types of wires, quickly processing from cutting to bundling without the need for setup changes. [Free demo tours available now.]
The "Zeta 650" is a fully automatic harness manufacturing device that can perform various harness processing tasks such as length measurement cutting, stripping, marking, and terminal crimping automatically. It can quickly process up to 36 types of wires to a state ready for wiring in control panels, contributing to the automation, labor reduction, and productivity improvement of control panel manufacturing. By automating processes that were previously done manually, it is possible to reduce the production time of harness processing by up to approximately 50% (according to the manufacturer's estimates). It can produce from a batch size of 1 and perform high-quality processing just in time. 【Features】 ■ Batch processing and sequence processing are possible without setup changes. ■ Network integration eliminates the need for data input, minimizing errors. ■ Up to 13 processing modules can be installed. ■ A quality check module is also available as an option. ★ We are currently accepting requests for free product demonstrations.
