The Sirius NGS is a 6-axis CNC grinding machine equipped with linear motors and direct drive motors for the continuous production of all types of profiles. The stability of the process with grinding wheels up to 300 mm in diameter meets high precision requirements. Dressing and in-process measurement ensure consistent accuracy, enhance flexibility, and enable advanced autonomy. The 6-axis robot can set complex parts that are ground on multiple faces into a dedicated clamping system and simultaneously perform additional tasks such as laser marking during the next tool time grinding.
