Introducing a case where the maintenance management of bridges was remote-controlled using fixed-point cameras that do not require power supply work!
We would like to introduce a case where "LiLz Gauge" was implemented at Shin Nihon Consultant Co., Ltd., which is engaged in road bridge-related operations. The inspection frequency at the company is once every five years, but this may not be sufficient to accurately understand the behavior of the bridge. After implementation, by taking photographs three times a day, it became possible to confirm whether rainwater was actually falling onto the main girder ends during rainy weather. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - With inspections only once every five years, it was only possible to identify the fact of corrosion, but it was not possible to accurately understand how the corrosion progressed or whether it was truly caused by rain. ■Results - By taking photographs three times a day, it was possible to confirm whether rainwater was actually falling onto the main girder ends during rainy weather. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
