We would like to introduce a case where the introduction of our "Label Solution" at the OKI Group factory significantly reduced the labor involved in inventory management. At this factory, approximately 4,000 press molds are managed, and the daily inbound and outbound management, as well as inventory tasks, were a considerable burden. During the verification process, the management numbers engraved on the metal press molds were monitored visually, which became a source of effort and errors. In an environment where resistance to water and oil is required, color labels without surface protection such as lamination were utilized on the molds, resulting in a successful 70% reduction in the on-site inspection for inventory tasks. Customers reported that, without any significant changes in operations, the labor for verification tasks was reduced to less than one-third.
