Case study of introducing saponification sanitation method: Cleaning scum and dirt in the grease trap.
Changed to soapy water, cleaning scum and dirt in the grease trap! A case where odor problems were also resolved.
We would like to introduce a case study of our soap-based sanitation method "Gripika" implemented at Hamburger Shop F. Before the implementation, there was an unpleasant odor coming from the grease trap, and due to the relatively small size of the shop and the close proximity of the seating, there were concerns about whether customers were experiencing discomfort. After the implementation, the scum was transformed into soapy water using our method, and by cleaning the scum and dirt inside the grease trap, the odor was eliminated. [Case Overview] ■ Before Implementation - There was an unpleasant odor coming from the grease trap. - Concerns about whether customers were experiencing discomfort. ■ After Implementation: The odor was eliminated by cleaning the scum and dirt inside the grease trap. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
