Bond Elut PSA is similar to NH2. The anion exchange resin PSA (1.4 meq/g) offers a slightly higher ion exchange capacity compared to NH2 (1.1 meq/g) due to its two amine groups, and the pKa of its primary and secondary amine groups is higher (10.1 and 10.9, respectively). Therefore, PSA is a slightly stronger anion exchanger than NH2. The PSA functional group has very good bidentate ligand properties, making PSA an excellent packing material for chelation. Higher carbon loading compared to NH2 packing materials promotes hydrophobicity and makes it a good choice for compounds with high polarity that are strongly retained by NH2 packing materials. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
