This is an introduction to a case of a storage box for inspection meters manufactured by Mitsuya Co., Ltd. through sheet metal processing.
This case was manufactured after the customer provided the necessary outer diameter dimensions, mounting hole dimensions, door opening direction, and the types of handles, hinges, and ball catches to be used. Mitsuya Co., Ltd. created the assembly and manufacturing drawings, which were approved by the customer. The sheet metal processing involves the production of a simple housing box. Although it is intended for outdoor use, the design considers that water droplets, such as rain, may enter from the beginning, so the joints of the sheet metal are not fully welded. No caulking material has been applied either. As can be seen in the second photo, when the door is opened, it opens 180 degrees, which interferes with the piping and various items located beneath the housing box. Therefore, chains are installed on the inside of the main body and the edge of the door to control the door's opening.

The item in this photo is a sheet metal product made using iron SPHC-C, but we are also producing sheet metal products of the same shape and dimensions using stainless steel hairline 1.5t with a simultaneous order. The products made from iron SPHC-C are sent to a painting contractor after production to be finished in the color specified by the customer. After painting, we assemble the handles, hinges, and ball catches, which were ordered simultaneously, onto the box and door of the enclosure, package them, and deliver (ship) them to the customer. Mitsuya Co., Ltd. strives to deliver assembled products to customers as much as possible, as long as there is no risk of damage during assembly. The prices listed below include all costs for design, production, painting, and assembly.
