We were founded as a company that handles everything from design to installation of safety covers for dedicated work machines in-house. Currently, based on the technology and knowledge cultivated within this field, we provide a wide variety of sheet metal products, can manufacturing products, machined products, painting, and plating in total collaboration with partner companies, in addition to safety covers. Our in-house design utilizes 3D CAD, which has received positive feedback for being easy to understand when we ask customers to confirm specifications. We specialize in small-lot production of various types, and we strive for continuous technical improvement to respond to customer needs, including short delivery times, quality enhancement, and cost reduction through value analysis proposals.

Design and installation of safety covers and ancillary equipment for machine tools 2. Precision sheet metal and general sheet metal processing - Processing of single items, prototypes, and custom products - Drawings can be in paper, 2D, or 3D data (please confirm file format) Additionally, it is possible to deliver everything assembled after painting 3. Fabrication (steps, ladders, stairs, handrails, and tanks) 4. Machining (handled by partner companies (2)) 5. Equipment assembly (from design and manufacturing of machinery to assembly) 6. Painting and plating (handled by a painting company (1) and a plating company (1)) (Painting can be done with both baking and powder coating, as well as low-temperature options) 7. Fabrication of combined sheet metal and fabrication products 8. Others (please consult us about anything related to sheet metal and fabrication) 9. Renovation of machine tool covers and surrounding equipment - Dust and coolant splash prevention measures, safety measures, aging measures 10. Safety and environmental consulting for factory equipment and existing machine tools 11. Environmental products (related to solar panels and biomass combustion devices)
