We perform chamfering on products that have completed cutting and punching, tapping to create screw holes, and bending to transform flat plates into three-dimensional shapes. By linking BEND CAM with the latest press brakes, we ensure high-precision bending and careful edge treatment to guarantee the safety of our products.

  Welding We cut out sheet metal and assemble the bent parts through welding. Responsible for various types of welding and finishing. Utilizing the machining accuracy from the preceding processes, we create high-precision assembled products.

  Cutting and Punching Processing Materials are cut to specified dimensions and shapes. There are mainly two types of processing: turret punch press processing, which punches out sheet materials using general-purpose molds, and laser processing, which cuts with a laser. The processing accuracy in this stage greatly influences the processing accuracy and quality in subsequent stages. The reason that assembled units are finished exactly according to the drawings is precisely because the punching process is accurate.
