A strong structure that withstands vacuum is achieved through welding.

To withstand a vacuum level of 100Pa, the material used is SUS304, and all joints are welded. Due to the need for strength, thick materials are used, and because there are many welding points and the weld lengths are long, we process them with a fiber laser welding machine. Tapping, bending, and chamfering processing. We perform chamfering on products after cutting and punching, tapping to create screw holes, and bending to transform flat plates into three-dimensional shapes. By linking BEND CAM with the latest press brakes, we ensure high-precision bending and careful edge treatment to guarantee the safety of the products.
Welding We cut out sheet metal and assemble the bent parts through welding. Responsible for various types of welding up to finishing. Utilizing the machining accuracy from the previous processes, we create high-precision assembled products.
Cutting and Punching Processing The sheet material is cut to the specified dimensions and shapes. There are mainly two types of processing: turret punch press processing, which punches the sheet material using a general-purpose mold, and laser processing, which cuts using a laser. The processing accuracy in this stage greatly influences the processing accuracy and quality in subsequent stages. The reason that the assembled units are finished exactly as per the drawings is precisely because the punching process is accurate.
