We would like to introduce a case study of the LP Gas & Gasoline Generator "ELSONA" delivered to Shikoku Chuo City, Ehime Prefecture. In recent years, the city has been strengthening its disaster prevention measures due to abnormal weather such as heavy rains causing large-scale disasters nationwide, and concerns about the occurrence of the Nankai Trough earthquake in the near future. To store essential materials needed during disasters, the city has equipped disaster prevention warehouses, portable toilets, and floodlights. Additionally, mobile emergency generators have been installed to enhance the evacuation system. 【Case Overview】 ■ Delivery Location: Evacuation Centers in Shikoku Chuo City, Ehime Prefecture (kindergartens, nursery schools, elementary and junior high schools, community centers) ■ Number of Units Delivered: 14 units introduced in March 2015 / 16 units introduced in January 2016 The "ELSONA Generator" was developed from the experiences of the Great East Japan Earthquake and can use two types of fuel: "LP Gas" and "Gasoline."
