GPIB/IEEE-488 Connector & Cable [L-com / Elcom]
GPIB is a 24-pin interface made up of 12 pairs of twisted copper wires. It is a standard used for data acquisition (DAQ) and measurement, utilized for "piggyback" transmission of PC peripherals in a bus-star configuration. L-com's GPIB/IEEE-488 connectors feature unique molding in molded, deluxe, and premium grades, designed to prevent EMI leakage and interference, and to withstand harsh environments. The premium grade connectors are made of die-cast aluminum with nickel plating, and the cables are double shielded over double Mylar tape. We have a large stock of standard products in the United States, and we can deliver them within 1 to 2 weeks after receiving an order. Customization is also available for small lots upon consultation.
