The Waybee is a blowerless, non-contact shockwave film cleaner. It features a unique cleaning head mechanism (patented) that strikes the shockwaves generated against the air boundary layer accompanying the workpiece, while simultaneously generating wind speeds exceeding 30 m/s near the substrate without a blower. This allows for the efficient removal of "killer dust" below 10μm and dust particles up to several hundred micrometers, using a small dust collector to suction up the lifted dust. It has a proven track record of removing dust even from films with high dust content.
