The FALCON 500G2 provides a fully automated testing environment for micro, macro Vickers, Knoop, and Brinell tests.
The FALCON 500G2 offers a wide range of test force configurations to meet various requirements, and by fully integrating the hardware, it can be reliably tailored to the specific testing tasks of your industry. The load cell of the base unit, born from the highest level of mechanical design, can be completed in combination with manual or digital micrometers, or with motor-driven CNC stages that provide a more comfortable testing environment. The motor-driven ball bearing Z-axis provides precise height movement and high-speed autofocus. The user interface offers a wide selection of manual and automatic measurements, as well as standard and optional test applications, and supports a high-resolution (HD) camera along with a second (optional) full work stage overview camera.
