"BIOS" is a product that reads the indentation from the Brinell hardness test using a high-resolution camera and quickly calculates the hardness value. It is equipped with an LED light source that can adjust brightness rapidly, and everything from reading to calculation is automated. By simply holding this product over the indentation, high-precision measurements with reproducibility can be performed. In addition to connecting to a standard Windows PC or tablet, a touch screen PC suitable for using this product is also available as an option.
