(HEPA filter) Removes ultrafine particles *Defined by JIS standards (Japanese Industrial Standards) as a filter with a particle collection efficiency of 99.97% or more for particles of 0.3μm at rated flow rate, and an initial pressure loss of 245Pa or less.
