This is a high-performance and low-cost product that can be used in OEMs and testing equipment, featuring a high-precision pressure transducer. The 6100 series achieves an accuracy of 0.01% FS and a repeatability of 0.003% FS within its operating temperature range. It is temperature compensated between 15 and 45°C to accommodate temperature variations. The accuracy includes linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, and temperature errors within the compensated temperature range. Zero and span can be adjusted via a serial interface.
