The T-Borg dewatering machine is a compact unit that integrates related equipment and a power control panel on a single base, making installation easy and energy-efficient due to its low output. Its structure prevents clogging, making it ideal for treating oily sludge, such as pressurized floating flocs (mixed with surplus sludge). With its design featuring both a concentration section and a dewatering section, it can handle not only concentrated sludge but also low-concentration sludge (around 0.5%), which is difficult for conventional dewatering machines. It can operate automatically with a one-touch operation, and by using the special accessory polymer coagulant dissolving device, continuous unmanned operation is possible. Cleaning to restore capacity is unnecessary; only a small amount of showering water is needed to wash away the sludge that seeps out of the dewatering machine body.
