We would like to introduce one of Techno Mart's three unique manufacturing methods, the "Nested Method." Using high-strength aluminum material for mold parts, we create the nested (product shape) section while sharing the mold base, achieving short delivery times and low costs. Depending on customer requirements, we determine the structure of the mold. For larger quantities, we propose a sliding mechanism, and for smaller quantities, we suggest using fixed blocks.
