High reliability, high heat-resistant lead-free alloy solder paste
Innolot is a SAC-based alloy designed for use in harsh environments (high temperature, vibration) that exceed the reliability performance of standard SAC alloys. ALPHA CVP-390 Innolot incorporates InnoLot alloy into a zero-halogen, no-clean solder paste flux system, providing excellent pin test characteristics and the ability to meet the most stringent electrochemical reliability standards. This product is designed to enable consistent fine-pitch printing, capable of being printed with a stencil thickness of 100um down to 180um circles. Additionally, its superior printing volume deposition reproducibility offers value by reducing defects associated with variations in the printing process.

- Improved temperature characteristics: Solder joints with higher reliability than SAC alloys at 125°C. - Long stencil life: Continuous printing for at least 8 hours without adding new paste. - Long high tack life: Ensures high pick-and-place yield and good self-alignment. - Wide reflow profile window: Using ramp and soak profiles of 175–185°C enables the best solderability for complex high-density printed circuit board assemblies in both air and nitrogen reflow. - Reduced random solder ball levels: Minimizes rework and improves first-pass yield. - Excellent cohesion and wettability: Forms 180µm round deposits even in high soak profile environments. - Excellent solder joints and flux residue cosmetics: No carbonization or burning even after prolonged/high-temperature immersion post-reflow soldering. - Reflow atmosphere: Compatible with both nitrogen and air atmospheres. - Halogen content: Halogen-free, intentionally not adding halogens. - Residual properties: Passes JIS copper corrosion tests.
