■Sanitary Design All parts except for the motor are made of materials equivalent to SUS304 as standard, keeping the inside of the dissolver always clean. ■Structure The specially shaped impeller allows for the rapid and even dispersion and dissolution of liquids and powders without forming lumps. It also functions as a pump, enabling the transfer of fluids simultaneously with dispersion and dissolution. The use of a low-speed 4-pole motor (1800 rpm/min) minimizes foaming. ■Wide Viscosity Range It accommodates a wide range of viscosities from low to high. ■Adjustable Solubility It is possible to adjust the rotation speed with an inverter or change the internal structure to avoid excessive shear. ■Easy Disassembly and Cleaning ■High Versatility Various special specifications are possible, including the materials of mechanical seals, O-rings, and impellers, as well as the shapes of the base and some impellers. ■Contributes to Cost Reduction It comes standard with an IE3 premium efficiency motor. ■Support System We receive positive feedback for our maintenance services after product installation and for our response to any potential issues.
