Exima Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the launch of its fully automatic contact angle meters, "FA100※1 / FA300※2 / FAW300※3," which quantitatively evaluate the cleanliness, wettability, water repellency, and uniformity of materials, substrates, and semiconductor wafer surfaces. Until now, variations in measurements were influenced by manual operations performed by different operators and the brightness of the installation environment. However, by adopting one-touch automatic measurement and a darkroom enclosure, we have achieved labor-saving and reduced variability errors. Additionally, based on our original image measurement technology using Windows and Android OS, we have implemented innovative Windows mechanism control, achieving a simple configuration at half the cost compared to conventional models.
