Surface property verification of printing coating materials: Wettability and contact angle measurement can be performed on roll materials before and after corona treatment.
- No sample cutting required, measurements can be taken on-site - Confirmation of wettability changes after surface treatment (modification) - Compact and easy to carry: 110(W)×50(D)×110(H)mm - Measurements can be taken at the site or manufacturing location - Can be used as a substitute for a dyne pen or wettability test - Data (images and contact angles) can be saved on a PC - Measurement starts with the push of a button 【Features】 - Measurement is easy to operate with a single button, allowing for smooth workflow. - Liquid sample replacement is simple and can be done by just swapping syringes. - Time-dependent measurements can be taken with image capture at 30 frames per second. - Surface tension measurement and surface free energy analysis using the sessile drop method are also possible. - Measurements can be conducted while confirming the droplet deposition point. - Can serve as a substitute for dyne pens and wettability reagents.
