We would like to introduce a case where a "liquid-sealed vacuum pump with a sealed liquid circulation system (closed cycle)" was delivered to a vacuum distillation process for recovering organic solvents in a high-performance film manufacturing plant. Raising the temperature of organic solvents can lead to degradation, but in vacuum distillation, it is possible to evaporate and recover organic solvents without increasing the temperature by reducing the pressure.
