We would like to introduce an improvement case of the appearance inspection jig currently used in the inspection process of a metal processing company. The challenge was that the workability for moving the positions of the lighting and camera during the preparation for shooting was not good. To address this, we installed the lighting and camera on long stages. Since there is no need to tighten or loosen bolts as before, moving their positions has become easier, thus improving workability.
