We would like to introduce a case study of implementing a simple expense reimbursement app for Company P. Travel and transportation expense reimbursements were done using Excel formats, and approval requests were made verbally or through chat. Additionally, there was no compliance with the electronic bookkeeping preservation law's tampering prevention measures.
