Hallite 620 is made of polyurethane and operates with a high-quality O-ring built in. The sealing lip is trimmed at an angle to optimize the sealing performance of the rod. Hallite 620 is designed to interfere with the groove of the seal housing and the secondary lip. The secondary sealing lip, positioned behind the primary sealing lip, enhances the stability of the seal within the gland. At zero or low pressure, the O-ring increases sealing force and prevents leakage. Under most conditions, as pressure rises, the sealing force increases, ensuring the full operation of the lip by the O-ring.
