As part of our reliability evaluation of micro lenses, we conduct drop impact simulations that replicate actual reliability testing conditions. We drop a fixture equipped with micro lenses from a specified height and evaluate the acceleration and stress. The simulation results quantitatively detail the physical impacts on the product and predict the potential for damage or deformation during a drop.
