Direct comparison with raw materials, "Material Misplacement Prevention System AI" launched!
A new product has been launched to prevent human errors during raw material input. By combining a tablet-type system device with a wireless electronic key controller, it prevents three types of human mistakes that occur during the raw material input process. The verification method has been changed from the conventional QR code scanning (used in the material misinput prevention system) to artificial intelligence (AI) character recognition using an internal camera, enabling verification of raw materials without QR codes. The accuracy is higher than that of commercially available optical character recognition (OCR) scanners. Furthermore, by newly developing an IoT wireless controller that allows for unlocking electronic keys wirelessly, the ease of installation and scalability has been improved.

Mistake in selecting raw materials Built-in camera scanner Both QR code reading and OCR character recognition of raw materials can be done with the built-in camera. No separate scanner is needed. 2. Mistake in selecting tanks Wireless electronic lock control The electronic lock installed on the material tank is controlled wirelessly. Multiple tanks can be registered. 3. Mistake in recording input Database server function The tablet has a built-in database function, allowing for master maintenance and log recording to be done entirely within it.
