Stress relief and efficiency improvement in masking work! The fact that the paint adhered to the masking rubber is difficult to peel off easily is also well received.
Conventional masking rubber could not meet the heat resistance temperature requirements with general-purpose grades when considering the heat resistance temperature during painting. As a result, it was necessary to use expensive grades of rubber such as "fluoro rubber" or "silicone rubber," which tended to increase costs. Therefore, our company has developed a masking-specific grade rubber (CM-4618) that can be used at temperatures above 180° while keeping costs low. This has made it possible to reduce costs compared to fluoro and silicone rubber. Additionally, we have significantly reduced the scattering of paint that adheres to the rubber during painting, allowing the same masking rubber to be used continuously more than five times instead of being disposable.

basic information
Heat Resistance Temperature Record: 180°C for 30 minutes for liquid baking paint, 220°C for 30 minutes for powder coating. Masking Special Grade (CM-4618) For masking jigs, simple tools like tape or seals are often used for small quantities, but they require effort and skill. For large quantities, variations in work by operators and increased labor hours can occur, leading to increased labor costs and frequent masking defects, resulting in higher costs and unstable quality, necessitating the use of simple jigs. Our rubber jigs are suitable for masking jigs for metal coatings that require heat resistance when performing large-scale painting. We have developed heat-resistant rubber through our unique formulation technology. We have numerous records for 180°C baking. Generally, jigs are often subjected to stripping treatment for regeneration, but since they can be used 20 to 30 times, they can be produced at a low cost when considering the unit price, providing cost benefits. Compared to silicone rubber masking jigs, our unique formulation allows for cost-effective production, achieving significant cost reductions. Additionally, when painted, the rubber jigs adhere a film that prevents scattering onto the workpiece, greatly improving work efficiency.
