The MAC-1600 model is a field-installed pH meter that automates the cleaning of electrodes and two-point calibration using JIS standard solutions. It enables reliable pH measurement over long periods while reducing the burden of maintenance tasks. With a two-channel measurement function that controls two detection units with a single converter, it can be used for pH control or monitoring in various plant facilities. Features: - Reduction of maintenance workload: Periodic cleaning of electrodes and calibration with standard solutions helps reduce maintenance efforts. - Highly reliable pH measurement: Automatic two-point calibration using JIS standard solutions pH 7 and pH 4 or pH 9 allows for stable continuous pH monitoring over long periods. - Supports two-channel measurement (optional): Simultaneous measurement with two connected detection units (including liquid delivery control) enables measurement without missing data during calibration and cleaning. - High cleaning effectiveness with a lift-up type air jet cleaning. - Appropriate and practical self-diagnosis messages: In case of calibration failure or electrode damage, a "meter failure" signal is output collectively. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
