■Customer Feedback■ With the introduction of FILSTAR, we have achieved various efficiencies and cost reductions in maintenance work time, a decrease in equipment malfunctions, a reduction in waste filters, and an extension of parts' lifespan, enabling us to promote the creation of equipment that contributes to profits. Currently, our next improvement activity theme is the complete automation (remote operation) of the "drain (waste liquid) discharge operation" utilizing FILSTAR. Specifically, we plan to monitor the accumulation of sludge in the drain with a camera, automatically determine the necessity of discharge operations using AI, and separate the sludge with FILSTAR. Through this, we aim to challenge ourselves to achieve "zero" drain discharge operation time. The introduction of FILSTAR has not only improved work efficiency but also provided us with time to think of new ideas and take on new challenges. In that sense, FILSTAR, filled with unique technology, has also fueled our desire for improvement. We hope to continue pursuing further challenges through collaboration with industria.
